By accessing or using the FORJ website, mobile application, or FORJ Core hardware and software services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
FORJ provides resistance-training analysis tools including the FORJ Core sensor, companion software, and cloud-based analytics for individual athletes and strength coaches. The Services enable real-time measurement of force, velocity, and range of motion during exercise.
Individual and Professional are billed yearly in advance. Professional billing follows the client plan selected at checkout. If your roster grows during the year you can move up to a larger client plan at any time. Payment is by credit card or another method provided at checkout.
Standard shipping within Australia is included with a paid membership (5–8 business days). Express shipping within Australia is A$16.50 (1–3 business days). International shipping is A$33 (7–15 business days) to the countries offered at checkout. Hardware-trial shipping is A$16.50 and is available within Australia only. All shipping prices include GST, and delivery times are estimates from dispatch.
When you buy an Individual membership on our website, the email address you enter is used for your receipt and delivery updates. Your membership is linked to that email address and is added to your FORJ account when you create an account in the FORJ app using the same email. If you would like the membership on an account with a different email address, contact hello@forj.net.au.
A 30-day hardware trial is offered to individual consumers only, not professional or business accounts. Trial customers pay A$16.50 shipping at checkout and put a card on file. The trial starts when the kit is delivered or first paired. Before you enter a card we disclose three outcomes: (1) convert, or do not cancel before day 30 — you are charged $300 for the year and keep the Core; (2) cancel in the app before day 30 and return the complete kit within 7 days — $0 membership (trial shipping is separate); (3) cancel in the app before day 30 and keep the hardware — $140 for the Core only, with no membership. We do not charge a full year as a penalty for a missed return. Clinics, coaches, and other businesses should book a demo rather than start a consumer trial.
FORJ may change its pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current active subscription but will take effect at your next renewal date. We will notify you of significant price increases via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@forj.net.au. Upon cancellation of a paid annual seat, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. You keep the included Core. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods. Hardware-trial cancellation follows the three outcomes in section 3.2A.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you buy a new Individual or Professional membership and decide FORJ is not for you, contact hello@forj.net.au and return the included FORJ Core in good condition within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your first year’s membership in full once the Core is received. Paid express or international shipping is not refunded. The guarantee applies to your first purchase only; hardware-trial outcomes follow section 3.2A.
Outside the guarantee, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis where we believe it is appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Requests may be directed to hello@forj.net.au.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and data analytics produced by the FORJ platform are the intellectual property of FORJ Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of your personal training data, but grant FORJ a limited licence to store, process, and display such data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FORJ does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor that results will be suitable for any particular purpose.
FORJ Core and associated analytics tools are intended for general fitness and coaching purposes and are not medical devices. Results should not be used for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease or medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your training regimen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORJ's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FORJ in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
FORJ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
